How do I set up my email client?

To use email services with your domain hosting, you will need to configure your email client with the following settings.

Server or Host names would be: mail.<domain name>.com for both incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP).

You account name (user name) will be your full email address – IE: joe@domain.com

Some ISPs block port 25 (SMTP) for outgoing email. You will need to contact your ISP to get the correct settings for their SMTP server should you not be able to send email or connect directly to our email servers.

Webmail is also available should you want to check your email without a client. You can access it in a web browser with http://webmail.domain.com

How Do I upload my site?

You can upload your site using a FTP client like ws-ftp.
Host name would be your domain name. Select PASV mode for the transfers.
Publish your site to the httpdocs directory on the server. Documents uploaded to the httpsdocs directory are only for sites who have SSL certificates.

Front page can also be used to publish your site, however, you will need front page extensions installed. Please contact our office to request the extensions be installed.

How can I add an email address or change my FTP password?

You can add emails, reset passwords, and edit your site using the plesk interface. The interface can be found at https://yourdomian.com:8443. If you have never logged into the interface, you will need to call our office to get your unique username and password.
